Mary has been in the dental industry for 40 years. She joined Dr. Cradduck in 1992 as a dental assistant. After many years, she decided to move from side chair assisting to become the office manager. Mary can be found helping patients with their treatment plans, financial options and navigating their dental insurance.
Mary appreciates working with Dr. Cradduck and the dental team. She truly enjoys welcoming every patient to pass through our doors with a smile and building relationships to help everyone feel at home.
When Mary is not at the office, she can be found going to the movies, spending time with her family, friends and her dog Gracie. She also enjoys traveling and vacations.
Dee Dee has been with our office since 2022 as our scheduling coordinator. Her knowledge of clinical dentistry is an asset in her current role as a scheduling coordinator. Dee Dee can help patients with treatment plans and insurance questions. Her ability to multitask and interact well with our patients makes her an essential to our practice.
Laura is a Dental Hygienist with over 30 years of experience in the dental industry. She started her dental journey, in Johnstown, PA, as a dental assistant in 1990. Her passion in dentistry excelled her to get her dental hygiene degree in 1996 at Alleghany Community College. After earning her associate in science degree, she married her college sweetheart and moved to Hagerstown, MD. Laura joined our team in 2010. She believes strongly that every patient can have a healthy mouth and strives to follow the same philosophy as our dentists in providing maximum care to our patients. She helps our office to be successful by creating trusting relationships between patients and staff and assists in treatment plans to help prepare patients to meet their dental goals.
Laura is happily married of 27 years and has one daughter who also was inspired to become a Dental Hygienist.
Jane is a Dental Hygienist with over 5 years of experience. She went to Pennsylvania College of Technology to earn her degree in Dental Hygiene as well as her license in Local Anesthesia. Jane started her career in Dental Hygiene right out of High School because she has a passion for helping patients feel confident, cared for, and educated on dental health. Her journey in the Hygiene field began working in sedation dentistry. Having a background working with sedation instilled a desire in Jane to deliver gentle and thorough cleanings to make every one of her patients as comfortable as possible in the dental chair. It is Jane's goal to deliver the highest quality preventative dental care helping patients achieve a state of health and confidence in their smile.
Jane has been married just over 3 years to her husband Josh and welcomed a baby boy into her home November 2022. Outside of work her favorite thing is spending time with her family.
Lisa has been a dental assistant for over 30 years. Lisa joined our team in 2006. She is proud to be part of the team that provides top notch care in all aspects of dentistry in a calm and enjoyable atmosphere. Lisa exhibits a kind and caring approach to every patient and sees them through their individual treatment with the assurance of complete satisfaction.
When Lisa is not working, she loves spending time with her kids and grandchildren. Lisa resides in Martinsburg, WV with her husband Wayne and their German shepherd Sadie. They enjoy hiking, biking, fishing and swimming.
Kim has worked in the dental field for about 40 years. She joined our practice as a dental assistant in 2021. Dentistry has always been a passion of hers. Helping patients create that perfect smile is an honor for Kim, knowing they will walk out the door completely satisfied is gratifying.
When not working, you can find Kim spending time at the campground in her camper, or with her 3 daughters and grandchildren. She also enjoys reading and swimming.
Corrina is the newest addition to our office. Her important tasks include maintaining sterilization of instruments and rooms, including floating around the office to assist anyway she can has made her a real team player. She is striving to learn all aspects of dentistry in hopes to gain the confidence and passion as everyone here at Hagerstown Family Dental.
Outside of work, Corrina enjoys many sports and socializing with friends and family.
